My SoulSong
Every person has a story worth telling.
I believe life is much lonelier than anyone prepares us for. That to feel alone, disconnected, and misunderstood while surrounded by people can be truly heartbreaking.
I believe in the power of breath to provide opportunities for re-connection with self, love of the body, and discovery of the soul.
Every person deserves to heal… and has the power to do so, no matter how broken one feels.
The body is a source of strength, compassion, and empowerment.
I believe in restoration by the simple… a sun-filled day, a gentle breeze, a kind gesture, laughter, captivating music, thought-provoking art, time to play, a full breath.
I believe in everyday magic.
Providing space for others to feel heard allows for the understanding of one's inherent worth.
It is necessary to find safety in relationship, with oneself as much as with others.
I believe in the fierceness of the soul, of its beauty, its fearlessness, its softness, its honesty, and its ability to dazzle when we connect and allow it to shine.
